Reliable for tracking

This is my third time renewing my Premium Subscription. I originally started with a Weight Loss Program and have stuck with it for the Macro Tracker and progress reports. It's consistent; the app works the same as it did a year ago, which is what I need. The Nutritional Analysis is always helpful. It's been reliable for tracking my intake and seeing my progress, so I keep coming back.

Good deal on annual plan

I was looking for a good nutrition app to help with my diet. Saw the annual plan for Foodvisor and it was a pretty solid discount. Got the Premium Subscription for way less than paying monthly. It felt worth the purchase, especially with the Calorie Tracker and all the recipes. Definitely got my money's worth.

Overall useful, small issues

I signed up for the Premium Subscription and have been using the Personalized Nutrition Plan for about a month. The Photo Food Recognition is mostly accurate, though sometimes it misidentifies things, especially mixed meals. The Daily Meal Plans are a good starting point, and I like having access to the Healthy Recipes. Delivery isn't really a thing since it's an app, but signing up was smooth. Customer service was okay when I had a question about syncing with my health app; it took them a couple of days to respond. Value for money is there, especially if you catch a seasonal sale like I did. Just wish the photo recognition was 100% perfect every time.

Anyone tried the Mediterranean Diet Program on Foodvisor? Thinking of switching from my current low-carb plan.

D Divya 2 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer
I did for a couple of months. The recipes were actually pretty good and varied. Didn't feel restrictive.

I prefer the high protein plans myself, but I've heard good things about the Mediterranean one too.

My Foodvisor subscription renewed automatically this month, but the price was higher than last year. Has anyone else noticed this?

N Neha 2 weeks ago
Mine stayed the same. Are you sure you weren't on a promo that expired?
2
A AnandP 2 weeks ago
Could be. I'll check my old emails.

Same here! I thought I was on a special intro rate or something, but it wasn't clear when I signed up.

A AnandP 2 weeks ago
Yeah, I'm trying to figure out why. Didn't see any notification about a price change.

V Vikram 2 weeks ago
Mine increased too. Could it be linked to the annual plan ending and converting to monthly or something?

My dietitian coaching session was really helpful today. She gave me some great tips for managing my cravings on the keto plan.

M Meera 3 weeks ago
Oh, that's awesome! Is the coaching live or just through messages?

K Kiran 3 weeks ago
That's good to hear. I was wondering if it's worth the extra cost.

It's live video calls! You can schedule them. It's not just messaging, which I appreciate.

Finally made the switch from MyFitnessPal to Foodvisor this week. The photo recognition is pretty cool, but still getting used to the interface.

P PoojaR 1 month ago ✓ Best Answer
Welcome! I found the photo recognition to be a game-changer. It's not 100% perfect but saves so much time.

D Deepak91 1 month ago
Yeah, it's definitely faster than manually entering everything. Does it get better with time?

Mine seemed to learn some of my usual meals after a while. Give it a few days.

How's the accuracy for you? I've heard mixed things about the calorie counting compared to MFP.

D Deepak91 1 month ago
Seems pretty close so far. I usually cross-check with labels anyway.

Anyone get Foodvisor Premium for cheap? Looking for a discount.

S SanjayRao 2 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer
They often have an annual plan discount, that's how I got mine. Way cheaper than monthly.

My Foodvisor code isn't working for the premium subscription. Is anyone else having issues with promo codes right now?

R RahulK 1 month ago
Mine worked fine last week when I signed up for the annual plan. Are you sure it's still valid?

A AmitM 1 month ago
Maybe try clearing your browser cache or using a different device? Sometimes that helps with these things.

It's supposed to be, I got it from an influencer promo. So annoying!

S Sneha22 1 month ago
I had a code once that only worked for new sign-ups, not renewals. Is that the case for you?
12
P PriyaS 1 month ago
Nope, first time user. I'll probably just wait for Black Friday deals now.

Hey guys, thinking about getting Foodvisor. Is the photo recognition actually any good? Or is it like, super buggy and always wrong?

S Sarah 2 months ago
It's surprisingly accurate! I mean, sometimes it guesses 'pasta' for something that's clearly ramen, but you can usually adjust it. Way better than manually logging everything.
3
S Steve S. 2 months ago
yeah, it's not perfect but saves a ton of time. for simple stuff like fruit or a sandwich it's spot on. complicated meals you might have to tweak a bit.
